Stable 28.3 L/min sampling
An internal side-channel blower maintains a 28.3 L/min (1 cfm) sampling flow, supporting both mobile measurements and stationary monitoring of low-concentration aerosols.
Five fixed particle-size classes
The optical counter measures particles from 0.3 to 10 µm in five preset size classes, providing particle-number and size information for cleanroom and filter-test workflows.
Programmable cleanroom workflows
Up to 999 measurement programs can store measurement and pause times, measurement positions, cycle counts and cleanroom-class alarm settings for repeatable qualification routines.
Touchscreen, alarms and data handling
The glove-operable touchscreen supports single, repeat and continuous measurement modes. Results can be displayed and printed, transferred through Ethernet and processed with CRQWin software.
